Repair/Exchange Program Terms & Conditions
Ascom Systems Inc. offers a repair/exchange program which helps reduce the cost of a refurbished controller and allows us to continue to provide this service to our customers. If you are interested in taking advantage of this offer, simply purchase the controller for the full amount specified, send us* the damaged controller you are replacing and, if we find the controller can be repaired, we will refund you $250 dollars within 10 business days. If we find the controller is beyond repair, we will send back you back your controller and contact you to notify you of our findings.
We cannot guarantee whether or not a controller will be eligible for repair/exchange without first bench testing it, however, if the controller has excessive noticeable damage, i.e. excessive water damage/corrosion or excessive burning, then it can be automatically assumed that the controller is ineligible for the program.
